One of the Minotaur bosses, required to complete a faction so he can often be difficult to find, especially since he also drops the rare Dwarven Helmet addon item.
Hirnus is quite strong and does not run, he summons many minotaurs with him and often goes invisible.
Strategia
Hirnus often goes invisible and summons many minotaurs with him. Use Invisibility spell or whilst fighting him, so his summons won't attack you.
