Master Ecthrois' room can be entered by pulling the lever in the north part of the Dark Grim Realm if you are on the mission to kill him. Once you enter, you have 10 minutes to kill him, and after killing him you will be teleported out after 30 seconds.
Ecthrois is one of the Grim Masters which you are required to kill during the Grim Faction.
Strategia
His strength is very similar to that of a Dark Grim, but he has much more health.
Just shoot him down with Explosions or Sudden Death Runes.
