Staff of the Primordial Fire

As you look at the flames of the staff you glimpse the spirits of the fallen empire of Sheol.

This item can be used to its full potential even at a lower level as long as you have completed the Archini Faction.
Can be used to cast Small Explosive Runes with a targeted 3x3 tile AoE.
One of the rewards available to be selected upon finishing the Archini Faction.
Warning: If someone who hasn't completed the faction tries to use the staff as a weapon or the staff's active effects, they will damage themselves (You do not have the power to fully control the primordial fire. You have been burned).
Its active effect is different for druids as opposed to mages.
