It is very hard to become a postman so Kevin has a five-step course of Assistant Postman, Postman, Grand Postman, Grand Postman for Special Operations, and Arch Postman.

Postman's Guild Headquarters

The easiest way to get to Kevin in Postman's Guild Headquarters is to go north from Arak.

Mission 1 - Missing Courier

Talk to Postmaster Kevin in Medivian Postmaster's Guild north of Arak. He will tell you to find a missing postman that had a job to do in Thoris.
After you take the mission from Postmaster Kevin, head north-west and follow the road to Thoris shown on the map below.
Search the body.

You have found a letter inside a body.

Go back to Postmaster Kevin and tell him that you completed the mission.

Mission 2 - Jammed Mailbox

Requirements:, Crowbar (sold by equipment shopkeepers in some cities such as Garrogat, Osaris and Yehsha)

You need to deliver a letter to Sergeant Felis. You will find him in his tent in a mercenary camp outside walls of Thoris to the south, [ here] (point A on the map below).
Talk to Sergeant Felis about a mission.
You need to fix a jammed mailbox (Don't forget to take a Crowbar with you). Head south-west from Thoris to Nielson, [ here] (point B on the map below) and travel to Mejborn.
When you arrive on the island head north west and go to the top of the mountain to find a mailbox.
Use a Crowbar on it and it should flash green.
Go back to Sergeant Felis and report about the mailbox.
You can now go back to postmaster Kevin in the headquarters and tell him about completing the mission. Kevin will welcome you as a postmaster and send you onto mission 3.

Mission 3 - Stolen Mail

Kevin sends us with a letter to Uls who is in Eschen, [ here]. Uls tells us to kill mail-stealing Bandits.
Go to the mailbox to the south-west of Eschen, [ here], and use it.

You have found one of the broken mailboxes and were attacked by a group of bandits.

The mailbox spawns 5 Bandits. Kill them and report back to Uls.
Uls will give you 10 White Mushrooms as a goodwill gesture. You can now report back to Kevin.

Mission 4 - Brother's Joke

Requirements:, 20 Bones (dropped by many creatures such as Skeleton)

Kevin tells you to deliver a letter to Osaris to Horif, located [ here].
He tells you to collect 20 Bones and go to his friend Kontar who is located in the stables just outside of Yehsha, [ here].
Report back to Horif.
Report back to Kevin.

Mission 5 - Romantic Gift

Kevin sends us with a letter to Garrogat, to the furniture merchant Thordvald. You can find him next to jeweler, here:
He tells you to buy a Ruby Necklace (3560 gp). Then, go to Cirone and hand it to Arietta.
After that, report back to Thordvald.
Then, report back to Kevin.

Mission 6 - Soldiers in Danger

Kevin tells you to go to Cirone to deliver a letter to Sergeant Ramalan. He can be found here:
The sergeant tells you to go to Arak to meet up with the soldiers. You can find them here:
Speak to Tobias. He tells you about a creature that captured the soldiers.
Go upstairs to the top of the hill, [ here]. The place is protected by a Hungry Ogre. Feed it Moldy Cheese, Rotten Meat and the Fish Remains.
Afterwards, speak to soldier Dylan in the storage room.
Report back to Sergeant Ramalan.
Lastly, report back to Kevin.

Mission 7 - The Uniforms

Kevin gives you 500 gp and sends you to Lucindel to meet with Eponia, to buy a pattern from her.
Afterwards, go to Mittenhoff and talk to Ardurim.
Ardurim tells us that he needs a Barrel of Beer. We can buy it from Kirill in Arak.
Once we have it, we can speak to Ardurim again.
Ardurim sends us to Emperor Arsene in Eschen, [ here], to ask him about what color the new uniform should be.
After talking to the Emperor, you have to once again walk back to Mittenhoff to talk to Ardurim and tell him that the uniform should be blue.
Afterwards, report back to Kevin, who will promote you to Grand Postman.

Mission 8 - The Royal Mail

Talk to Kevin again. He will tell you to go downstairs and get a letter from behind a door, inside a chest. DO NOT OPEN/USE THE LETTER!
Now, once again, go back to Emperor Arsene in Eschen, [ here], and give him the Royal Letter.
Now once again report back to Kevin.

Mission 9 - Dear Santa

Kevin tells us to grab the letterbag for Santa.

Note: You will need 500 cap for this bag.

Now, walk to the boat south-west of Thoris, [ here], and travel to Neve.
Use the letterbag on Santa's Mailbox, [ here], and then report back to Kevin.

Mission 10 - Entering Minoras

Kevin asks us to deliver a letter to Minoras, to Taurin Twinhorn.
To get there, you can see the article: Route to Minoras.
Prepare some supplies, as you will face a lot of Minotaurs, Minotaur Archers, Minotaur Guards and Minotaur Mages.
Once in Minoras, find Taurin Twinhorn, [ here], and speak to her.
Careful: Once you say hi, she will spawn 4 Minotaur Archers and 1 Minotaur Guard, and she will also burn you upon saying bye.
Speak to Taurin Twinhorn again.

Now report back to Kevin, who will promote you to an Archpostman!
